One of my favourite memories of this job was a few years ago now, when we had a call from a Gentleman who had lost contact with his mother at a young age and asked if we could trace her. We managed to locate her and found that she was living in a quiet village in Stafford shire. The client was happy with our results but wondered if we could get any footage of her before making an approach so he at least knew what she looked like. We not only managed to get 10 minutes of video footage of her but also of her whole village including the Church that we found out she attended so the client had a very good insight into her life. We passed on the video footage and the client made contact with his mother and as far as we know are both very happy with their rekindled Mother and Son relationship.
